Luxury and comfort perfectly complemented the “rustic” nature of the house, revealing a fascinating combination which strikes at first sight. Settled on two floors, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests, with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
The villa is the perfect retreat for a holiday surrounded by nature, where relax and fun find their space in an authentic atmosphere, finished off by luxury and comfort. We also offer the possibility to rent the house as venue for weddings, parties, dinners, concerts, cocktails, vernissage and any other social or private event (of course, upon previous agreement with the owner).

INTERIOR DETAILS
On the ground floor stands a huge open space living room, with a stunning glass wall overlooking the garden and down the hill, fireplace and “american bar” zone with table football and billiards. On the same floor, office/tv room, kitchen and two bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with four fire hobs, restaurant-like oven, fridge, freezer, wall cupboard (with full plates and silverware collections), sofa, tv and fireplace.
On the first floor, the six bedrooms (3 doubles and 3 twins), 4 bathrooms (2 with jacuzzi and two with shower one of this has the suana/shower by Teuco), and a open living with gym corner.
The upper floor reveals more of the country nature of the house, with original wooden furniture, brick walls and fireplaces (in two bedrooms and in the living room). An ample balcony facing the garden shows the same amazing downhill panorama.
EXTERIOR DETAILS
A beautiful loggia accompanies the main building through the garden, equipped with outside cooking and living facilities as wood-burning oven for pizza, barbecue, fridge, freezer and bathroom with shower. The garden is furnished with wooden benches, loungers and beach chairs, but above all with an elegant jacuzzi (water heating, lightening, marine teak structure).
Guest Access
If you book the Villa for 8 Guest the quote does not include the main kitchen. It will be available only the saloon kitchen with a small fridge and a small electrical cooktop and at the first floor 3 bathroom and 4 rooms.
If you chose the villa for 10 guests ore more will be open all the space of the Villa at the ground floor and the first floor.
If you want to use the entire Villa for less then 8 guests the price in the summer will be 500 euro per night and 3000 euro per week
Conditions & Suggestions
Taking the type of property into account (a villa on the hills with large spaces, exposed stone walls and wooden floors), the extra cleaning service for at least 2h or 3h per day is highly recommended.
Being closer to the nature than the common urban apartment, please keep in mind that in addition to our cats, occasional encounters with harmless garden “residents” may occur…such as small insects, lizards, squirrels, birds, hares and dormice.
During low-season and mid-season (October, November, December, January, February and March), main heating is switched on only on request and may involve a supplement fee, based on the actual liters of diesel consumed to heat the villa. As a guarantee, an additional security deposit will be required at the time of check in of approx. €100 per day (exact amount to be agreed upon). This way we try to reduce consumption and air pollution.
During high-season (April, May, June, July, August and September), domestic hot water for the shower is always included in the base fee.
